These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using Glopay, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or using our services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

Your financial data stays on your device

Budjetly is designed to keep your financial data private. The transactions, budgets, accounts, and categories you create are stored locally on your device and, if you enable it, synced through your own private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. This data is stored in your personal iCloud space, is governed by Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policy, and is not accessible to us. We do not operate servers that store your financial records, and we never sell your data.

Information we collect

Account information. Budjetly uses Sign in with Apple to create your account. Depending on your Apple ID settings, we receive your name and an email address (which may be an Apple private relay address). This is used only to identify your account.

Analytics and diagnostics. We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to understand how the App is used in aggregate and to detect crashes and bugs. This may include anonymized or pseudonymized data such as app events, device type, operating system version, app version, general region, and crash reports. This data helps us fix problems and improve the App. It is not used to identify you personally and is not linked to your financial records.

Purchase information. Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. We receive subscription status (for example, whether you have an active trial or subscription) so the App can unlock paid features. We do not receive or store your payment-card details — those are handled entirely by Apple.

Support communications. If you contact us through the in-app Contact Us form or by email, we receive the information you choose to send, including your message and any photo attachments you add. This is used only to respond to your request.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate and maintain the App, authenticate your account, sync your data through iCloud, process and validate subscriptions, fix crashes and bugs, understand aggregate usage to improve the App, and respond to support requests.

Third-party services

The App relies on the following third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy: Apple (Sign in with Apple, iCloud/CloudKit, App Store purchases), Google (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics), and RevenueCat (subscription management). We encourage you to review their policies.

Data retention

Your financial data persists in your own iCloud account until you delete it or reset the App. Analytics and crash data are retained according to the standard retention periods of Firebase. Support emails are retained as long as needed to assist you.

Your choices and rights

You can reset all local app data at any time using Reset App in Settings. To remove iCloud-synced data, you can disable Budjetly in your device's iCloud settings. You may request deletion of your account by contacting budjetly@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California), including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to exercise these rights, contact us at the email above.

Children

Budjetly is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice.
